We work with local clergy and community leaders to build a core team prepared to take on the night walks that are at the heart of this kind of peace work, including planning and execution of Season of Peace events throughout the nation.
Season of Peace Conference
The Season of Peace (SoP) program is a negotiated agreement to halt all violent activity for a defined period. SoP interventions have been organized in several US cities since 2015. SoP requires grass-roots engagement and preparation of faith and community leaders, law enforcement leaders, and policy leaders focused on initiating practical and holistic direct action in violence reduction.
